These are good, trusty stopwatches at a good price. The color makes them easily identifiable at meets and in bags - we bought all four colors and black - that way we can have three of the same color at each lane for our meets. It makes it easier to confirm they are all returned. They are easy to operate and a good choice for occasional users who are timing races. We are very happy with them and will order more for our new season. This stop watch was very cheap in price yet great in functions. Easy to use for a child as well as an adult. This review is from: ACCUSPLIT Survivor II - S2XL Stopwatch, Cum Split, Clock (Sports) I use a stopwatch a lot to time my exercise. This is the best stopwatch I've ever owned in this price range. It's sturdily made in a color I love, deep red (the company that makes it offers a great selection of colors). The design itself is quite attractive, with a pleasant oval shape, large numbers which are easy to read, and a good grade of plastic. Best of all, the action of the function keys is very smooth. The keys on the last few stopwatches I owned had a rough action, and for the most recent one, that's what caused it to die. The left, top function key got stuck and couldn't be unjammed. One downside--which seems to be consistent across all stopwatches I've owned--is that the instructions are hard to read. They are in small type, confusing and incomplete. However, my husband and I together were able to figure out something I never could with my last stopwatch, how to turn off the hourly chime. That drove me crazy with the other one because the clock on it ran fast so...
